Terms and Conditions

  1. Full payment is required to secure your booking.
  2. No refunds or date changes will be allowed within 72 hours of your booking (including gift vouchers). Please note that our office is closed on public holidays.
  3. We value each client and would like you to feel safe when you come for your spa visit. Therefore, all necessary precautions have been taken on our side and our staff are up to date to make sure we are proactive in not spreading the virus.  In order for Zau to keep our doors open in these difficult times, we unfortunately still have to apply our 72-hour cancellation policy and cannot reschedule or refund any cancellations made within 72 hours of your booking. This relates to covid and non-covid related booking cancellations. By paying for your booking to secure it, you legally agree to our cancellation policy
  4. No date changes will be allowed within seven days of your booking, for bookings of four people or more.
  5. No refunds will be given for any other cancellations, but booking dates may be changed(with more than 72hrs notice). More than one(1) change will attract a 10% handling fee per person.
  6. We cannot accommodate persons and children that are not booked for treatments.
  7. Late arrivals will result in either missing breakfast/lunch or your first treatment.
  8. Please leave all valuables at home. Zau Spa will not be responsible for any loss or damage to personal property whatsoever.
  9. Coupons are not redeemable on Saturdays, Sundays and public holidays.
  10. Gift Vouchers & Coupons are NOT redeemable for cash nor are they refundable or partly refundable.
  11. Gift Vouchers must be redeemed at one visit & may not be split, transferred or carried over.
  12. Vouchers are the sole responsibility of the holder, misplaced vouchers will not be replaced.
  13. All bookings are subject to availability, the holder must contact us to make a booking.
  14. Packages and Prices can be changed without notice.
  15. A corkage fee of R70 will be charged for any 75Oml wine/bubbly not purchased at Zau Spa.
  16. This is a strictly CASH FREE business.  Please ensure to bring your credit/debit card to settle any balances due on your account.

    Spa Etiquette:
  1. Kindly turn cell phones off for your visit to Zau Spa.
  2. Zau Spa is a relaxation spa, please consider our other guests by keeping noise levels low and refrain from talking during treatments.
  3. Please bring something to wear under your gown e.g., underwear or a bikini for women, and shorts or boxers for men.
  4. Please help Zau Spa to do our bit to save our beautiful earth.  We have decided to stop wasting thousands of disposable slippers every year and will therefore not be providing complimentary slippers any longer. Please bring your own slippers or flip flops.
