COVID-19 PRECAUTIONS
We value each client and would like you to feel safe when you come for your spa visit. Therefore, all necessary precautions have been taken on our side and our staff are up to date to make sure we are proactive in not spreading the virus. We are also operating at 2/3 capacity for everyone’s safety.
In order for Zau to keep our doors open in these difficult times, we unfortunately still have to apply our 48-hour cancellation policy and cannot reschedule or refund any cancellations made within 48 hours of your booking. This relates to covid and non-covid related booking cancellations.
By paying for your booking to secure it, you legally agree to our cancellation policy.
1. All our staff temperatures are measured upon arrival.
2. Every client and staff member must sanitize (75% alcohol based) their hands when entering our premises.
3. Hand sanitizers (75% alcohol based) are available for use throughout the day and when leaving our premises.
5. Therapists sanitize their hands before every treatment.
6. Therapists wear facial masks during every treatment.
7. Clients make use of their own towels, provided by Zau Spa for the day.

Situated in the diamond town of Cullinan, half an hour’s drive from Pretoria and about an hour from Johannesburg. A close enough drive to the historical, quaint little town and far enough to feel you have had a proper breakaway for body and soul.
