Company Policy:
a. No refunds or date changes what so ever can be allowed within 48 hours of your booking (including gift vouchers and prizes). No refunds can be given for other cancellations, but booking dates can be changed.
b. We cannot accommodate persons and children that are not booked for treatments.
c. Late arrivals will result in either missing breakfast or your first treatment.
d. Departure time is strictly 16:30pm.
e. Please leave all valuables at home. Zau will not be responsible for any loss or damage to personal property.
Spa Etiquette
a. Kindly turn cell phones off for the remainder of your visit to Zau.
b. As Zau is a relaxation spa, please consider our other guests by keeping noise levels low and refrain from talking during treatments.
c. Please no smoking within the buildings of Zau.
